Ho ho holidays.

What up yal'. After a little post-semester hiatus, I'm back, and the blog is going to be better than ever. To start of its magnificence, here's band that I've been diggin' lately. It's a solo act, Ladyhawke, a crazy awesome female from New Zealand, which maybe to your surprise, has more to offer than LOTR and Flight of the Conchords. If you like Ladyhawke check out Pnau another band she's associated with.

Jimmy Fallon's video update was particularly funny tonight. You get to watch him make jokes with his writers. Oh and by the way, Will Forte, one of the funniest dudes alive is going to join Jimmy tomorrow night so make sure to check that out yo.

Here's a funny clip from Conan as well.

Blood Bank

I can't express how excited I am for 4 new Bon Iver tracks come January 20th. If the other three are anything like this I'm going to go crazy bonkers.

Video: Sooner or Later

N*E*R*D* just posted their video for "Sooner or Later" on their blog today. As soon as it's available I'll throw it up on here, but in the mean time you can go check it at the BBC Blog.

Bon Iver - Okkervil River

Here are some guys (Bon Iver)  from my home town performing  "Blue Tulip."  This is a song by Okkervil River, another great band off the Jagjaguwar Label.  Also, mark down January 20th on your calender because that's when the new Bon Iver ep "Blood Bank" is due to release.  You can pre-order it off the Jagjaguwar home page.

Whita Photo.

Here is some work by another one of my photographer friends.  These are just a few that I like, but be sure to check the jump for more Whita Photography.

No-one*Ever*Really*Dies*

Seriously, N*E*R*D* is one of the best live performances I have ever seen. They bring so much energy to the stage every night and it's truly a blast seeing them. Over the summer I saw them at Ye's Glow In The Dark Tour where they kind of stole the stage from Ye. In the process they played the song "Spaz," which to this day, is the best song I've ever seen performed live. Here is a little peek behind the scenes of their new video "Sooner or Later."

TV's #1

If you haven't seen 30 Rock yet, I'm sorry, but what's your problem. This is the best comedy on television since Seinfeld. For all of you Office addicts just stick around for another half hour after your show is done and check out 30 Rock once and a while. It will give you a chance to escape the terrible awkwardness for a minute. The only time I genuinely laugh during that show is during Kevin's one line per episode. However, I do actually think its a decent show, but doesn't come close when compared to 30 Rock. Just check out this episode, it should speak for itself.

GhettoBud

This dog deserves a book deal, a record deal at the least.

Late Night With Jimmy Fallon

So all a lot of you may have heard by now, Jimmy Fallon will be taking over late night television on NBC. Leno is getting bumped up to 10, Conan takes Leno's spot, and Jimmy takes Conan's spot. I realize there are some Jimmy haters out there, but I really thing his show is going to succeed especially with his legendary house band, The Roots. Here is Jimmy's latest video installments on his blog and if you want to check out his website, just follow the jump.

One of My Childhood Heros.

Ever since I can remember Sportcenter, at least until noon, take priority over anything on the tube.  From my viewership loyalty I've devoloped a few heros.  To name a few, Keith Olberman, Dan Patrick, and Kenny Mayne.  So as you may or may not know, Olberman serves people on the daily, DP I believe still does his radio show along with Sunday night football pregame with Keith, and Kenny, well he's doing a web series called Mayne Street.  If you haven't caught an episode yet you should because they are great highlights of Kenny's weird humor.  Below, I've posted a few of his episodes, so if you digg on em' you can find the rest here.

Pez10!!!!!!

You all need to go check out Pez10 photography right now, click the jump off after the break.  It's my friends website and he is an ill photographer.  I'm even on it suckas! Here's a little taste of what some of his photos are like, but be sure to go visit, the site is really sweet.

Just a lil' update.

Okay so I'm not quite sure where I'm going to go with this blog, but you can probably expect some more wierd shit, random drawings, photos from my boys max and whita, music  reviews/updates and other popular culture bull.  It's probably going to be a few weeks before I get this thing rollin' due to extreme amounts of homework and some finals to knock out.  Until then I'll leave you with a quote from Shawn Farmer.

"Don't sweat the petty, pet the sweaty."

Things you may or may not know, but should!

Ok so here is a little taste of how my brain works.  Disclaimer: I'm extremely ADD and just plain weird.

Peein' outdoors gets nature crunk.
Dreams come true four percent of the time.
Deodorant is the number one cause of anxiety.
Nuclear bombs like to have a good time too.
The pet rocks want freedom damnit!
